Complex design and installation of a rooftop apartment inside an administrative building. We executed all technical work, from electrical installations to lighting. We installed a double floor with underfloor heating, which can be individually adjusted from each room. We also oversaw production and installation of a three-layer wooden floor. To keep the rooms cool in the summer months, we used radiant ceiling panel technology on the ceilings. We also led the implementation of glazed interior partitions and fully remodeled two bathrooms to the highest standards. 

Karlinsky Aerohouse--a trendy place where tradition has merged with modernity. This contract was very detailed, with great emphasis on maintaining the noise level and a dust-free environment. We were able to implement the project while adhering to all the stipulations of the contract. We executed the construction work, improved the existing oiled load-bearing structures, and coordinated all HVAC deliveries.

A unique museum of wax figures was established in Prague’s Bat’a House on Celetna Street. This project’s parameters were very specific due to restrictions in the historic district of Old Town Prague. The entire building was built around a brand new courtyard because of project requirements for crowded areas and for structural reasons.

An impressive project that involved the installation of four different apartment buildings, all of which are interconnected into a common courtyard. We provided general construction services, from the demolition of existing farm buildings to interior equipment. The final product culminated in twenty-seven new housing units and one commercial unit. Each space is original in its shape, solution, and size.

We demolished the existing premises and executed the complete construction of a new, modern facility for senior living. The new facility was constructed on the same location of the old senior home. We also turned the asphalt parking lot into a green park. We facilitated the construction aspects of the project from start to finish.
