General construction and supply of fitout interiors, made to scale, for the Borislavka center under the leadership of PBW Group and PBW Interiors. We were inspired by the asymmetry of natural crystals and modeled the unique interiors accordingly, thus creating some complexities in the scope of work. We were responsible for dividing the space, creating interior partitions, carpentry work, acoustic elements, original screeds, tiling, paving, supply of amenities and creating unique custom furniture. The wooden installation of an oak floor-inspired ceiling was very technologically demanding, considering some of the rooms required an acoustic design. 

Exclusive project for office space construction, completed in 2020. We supplied all construction work and design amenities. Between the variety of surfaces, skillfully combined materials, and careful color selection with an emphasis on red accents, we were able to evoke a sense of liveliness and energy in the design space. We also focused on illuminating the area to evoke a relaxing atmosphere--the lighting selection and usage added to the warm ambience. Our focus on natural elements resulted in a cozy and comfortable office space, perfect for any company.

Fitout of office space in the GEMINI Prague 4 building with an area of 2850 m². We executed a start-to-finish project through the process of Design & Build. Part of our facilitation included regularly monitoring and reporting project benchmarks to the client. Our biggest challenge was the time frame of the project.

The approval of the premises was required as soon as four months following the signing of the work contract. Another unique aspect of the project was the wide scope of the required elements, along with our goal of exceeding the high expectations of the international client. Our team ensured that every detail, no matter how complex or simple, was executed in a timely manner.

For the FIDES company, we built  offices and the foundation of a development in a historic building. The premises were originally used as a retail store with warehouses. Using frameless glass partitions, we built a central area with a kitchen space, which is separate from the offices in the building. The project also included a game room, common areas, and two technical rooms.

Aerial. Timeless. Visionary. Microsoft’s headquarters in the Czech Republic is one of the largest office buildings in Prague. The building covers a total area of 11,000 m². It includes themed hubs, coworking spaces, and state-of-the-art conference rooms. A chalet-style meditation room, along with a parents’ corner, complete the space. For the Microsoft project, we executed all aspects of the design and production, including the furniture. The total cost of the project exceeded CZK 220 million.
