A unique and visionary project in the V Tower, raising the standard of residential living in Prague. Inspired by New York luxury apartment building services, we created a “club floor.” The club floor consists of a relaxation area with wellness areas, a spa, and a swimming pool. We aided the investor with the supply of pool, steam, and sauna technology, and executed the majority of the construction work. We coordinated the implementation of stone tiles with a third-party.

Luxurious SPA & WELLNESS center in the Capi Hnizdo hotel, with an interior that evokes the sensation of being underwater. The concept was inspired by the nearby pond and the surrounding landscape of Bohemian Siberia. Solid wood, stone, and water were utilized to illustrate the concept. We supplied all spa features and appliances, including pool technology, HVAC, stainless steel pools, saunas, steam technology, and Turkish baths. In addition to construction work, we were in charge of the production and assembly of the majority of the interior appliances and furniture, along with stone masonry and tiling work.
